Online study room reservations

Allow study rooms to be booked online, and show when rooms are reserved or available for walk-in use.

        Please, please, please. This would make the SNA's job so much more hassle-free and clear cut for knowing who made the reservation.

        When doing this make it would be nice to make sure that confirmation e-mails are sent out a day before as well as an hour before so that students are aware of the reservation. If the group does not show up then we can inform students which rooms should be open. Possibly allow secondary reservations for students that are present in the library if the room is not in use so as to allow them to use it while the group is not there. If they show up the original group to reserve can then use it.
